After a reservation, we generally keep a tab for our guests and take payment at the end of your stay. Your credit card information is used strictly to guarantee your reservation. Should you depart without paying your tab in person, we reserve the right to charge the full amount of the tab to your credit card, and add a 10% "card not present" surcharge.

Hotels we book for you generally take the first night plus tax from your credit card as a deposit (exceptions are longer stays and holidays, where more than that will be required. If this is the case, we inform you in advance).

We accept cash, Travellers Checks or credit cards (Visa, Mastercard).

Our Cancellation Policy:


7 Days Prior: You may cancel up to 7 days prior to your activity taking place with NO PENALTIES!

Within 7 Days: If you cancel within 7 days of your scheduled activity there will be a cancellation fee of $25.

Within 4 Days: If you cancel within 4 days of your scheduled activity there will be a cancellation fee of 50%. It will be held as a credit to your account good for up to two years.

24 Hours (1 Day): If you cancel within 24 Hours of your activity taking place, you will be charged the full amount. 50% of this will be held as a credit to your account good for up to two years. If you, or a member of your party, fail to show or show up late and are not able to participate you will still be responsible for the full amount of the activity.

To cancel your reservation for any reason, you must contact our office directly. Cancellations made via email are not valid, will not be honored and you will still be financially responsible for any charges incurred.


Additional Reasons for Canceling:

Bad Weather: If we cancel due to bad weather there will be NO PENALTIES!

Activity Operator: If the operator of an activity (e.g. Kayaking, Jet Ski etc.) cancels for any reason there will be NO PENALTIES!


Customer Responsibility:

You agree to read and abide by our policies, and you agree to be fully responsible for meeting the guidelines.


Final Confirmation: All reservation holders will be emailed a final confirmation to the email provided when making a reservation within 24 hours. You are responsible to make sure the email you provide is valid, and that you have received the final confirmation. You must contact our office if you have not received your confirmation within 24 hours of making your reservation. This confirmation will contain all the details concerning your hotels and activities including times, locations and amounts owed.


Scuba Diving Instruction: All Scuba Diving Instruction requires a medical questionnaire to be completed. It will ask health questions such as lung problems, ear problems, high blood pressure, etc. If there are any medical issues you answer to you will be required to have a doctor's note clearing you to dive. It is your responsibility to be able to dive. No refunds or discounts will be given if disqualified from diving due to medical reasons AT CHECK IN.


Unsatisfactory Experience: If you experience any issues with the quality of your activity, please address them immediately with us. Voice your concerns and complaints with the person in charge of the dive shop in order to reach an amicable solution that day. Do not wait until you return from your vacation.
